1. Introduction

HumanPay Community Interest Company ("HumanPay", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through the Xetro wallet app and HumanPay platform, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Information We Collect

The following data may be collected when you use Xetro and other HumanPay apps:

Email Address: Collected during account registration and used for account management and app functionality.
Phone Number: Collected optionally for account verification and app functionality.
User ID: A unique identifier generated for your account, used to manage your wallet and transactions.
Wallet Address: A cryptographic address generated on your device, used to send and receive HMP tokens and USDT.
Transaction Data: All HMP transactions are recorded on the HumanPay blockchain. This data is public and permanent by design.
Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases and token transactions for app functionality.
Other Financial Info: HMP token balances, staking records, and lock and earn positions.
Product Interaction: How you use and interact with the app, used to improve app functionality and performance.
Crash Data: Technical crash reports used to identify and fix bugs.
Performance Data: App performance metrics used to improve stability and speed.
Referral Code: If you enter a referral code during signup, it is recorded to credit the referrer with HMP tokens.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

Processing transactions and displaying your wallet balance
Providing access to HumanPay apps and services
Improving app performance and fixing technical issues
Managing your account and staking positions
Sending important account and transaction notifications

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Not Linked to You

All data collected by HumanPay is not linked to your personal identity. Your wallet address and transactions are pseudonymous by design — they are visible on the blockchain but not connected to your real-world identity.

5. Data Storage

Your private keys and sensitive account data are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage. Blockchain data is stored on our server in Nuremberg, Germany (Hetzner Cloud). We do not store private keys on our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

HumanPay integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

Banxa / Transak: Card payment processing for purchasing crypto
SimpleSwap: Cryptocurrency swap services
TrueLayer: Open banking payment services
Stripe: Card payment processing for HMP purchases
TronGrid: TRON blockchain data and USDT TRC-20 transactions

7. Children's Privacy

HumanPay is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Security

Wallets are secured using ECDSA cryptographic signing. Private keys are generated and stored only on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. All API communications use HTTPS encryption.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at ricki@humanpay.app. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
